Jayne Watson, Interim Executive Director - Atlanta

Jayne Watson joined the staff of Habitat for Humanity - DeKalb in September 2011 as Interim Executive Director.  Prior to this, she was on the organization's board of directors and and has served as Board President, Board Secretary, Family Selection Chair and Resource Development Chair.  She is an Atlanta/ DeKalb native and graduate of the University of Georgia. Jayne has a 14 year background in Multi-family housing with Atlanta based Post Properties and Archstone-Smith specializing in new development  and repositioned properties. Jayne also served as the Assistant Director for Common Cause Georgia. When not engaged in the work of DeKalb Habitat, Jayne enjoys playing tennis at the DeKalb Tennis Center and spending playground time with her son and daughter. Jayne and her husband are members of Epiphany Episcopal Church. Jayne was inspired to join the mission of Habitat for Humanity to put faith into action and use her housing background to help families and improve DeKalb communities.
